Bookings for STAMCAMP 2026 are now open
Bookings for Stamcamp 2026 are now OPEN.
The dates for this year’s event are Friday 1st May – Monday 4th May 2026.
Once again, we will be camping in the amazing grounds surrounding Burghley Park, Stamford and we have some amazing activities for you all to participate in at this annual event.
Bookings are open to Scout and Guide groups both from within Stamford and Bourne District and from other Districts and Counties outside Stamford and Bourne. Please encourage your Scout and Guide friends from around the District and further afield to book on and join in with the fun.
Back by popular demand is our Explorer and Ranger sub camp. This is for Explorers and Rangers to camp together as a sub camp and to be part of the Stamcamp team, not only to be able to have fun enjoying and participating in activities, but to help run activities, crafts and even help with the site services to give them an introduction of what being part of a camp team is like. This will include a special evening programme for them to take part in.

Here are a few notes to help you with the booking process.
- Non-refundable deposits MUST be sent through for your booking to be accepted. Details of how to pay are on the booking form.
- Bookings will only be taken with the details of your craft activity from your group. (Craft Activity – in order for us to keep costs down and to offer a greater variety of crafts to the participants we ask that each Group (excluding Explorer and Ranger Groups) bring a craft activity with them to be run in the craft tent during the weekend) we need these details on booking so that we can ensure a variety of crafts on offer.
- You can pay by e-banking the details of which are on the booking form.
Costs -
- £55pp Stamford & Bourne Scout/Explorer/Guide/Ranger. Deposit £30 per Scout/Guide/Explorer/Ranger to be paid by 31/01/2026.
- £65pp Out of District/County - Scout/Explorer/Guide/Ranger. Deposit £30 per Scout/Guide/Explorer/Ranger to be paid by 31/01/2026.
- £15pp Adult Leaders
- £15pp Young Leaders not participating in activities and camping and helping with their Group. If they wish to participate, they must be included as an Explorer on your Group’s booking form.
- £10pp Leaders children.
- Explorers/Rangers 50/50 £30. Deposit £15 per Explorer/Ranger to be paid by 31/01/2026.
All remaining balances must be paid by 31/03/2026 when bookings will close.
Once your booking has been received and processed you will be sent an info pack to help you plan your Stamcamp. This will include activity forms/permissions and a register of participants (so that camp ID can be completed) which will need to then be returned to the admin team no later than 31st March 2026.

31st March 2026 – Full balance must be paid and bookings will close!
